Last Updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of aonnetworks.com and, where applicable, your communications and interactions with AON Networks (“AON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Service-specific proposals, quotes, orders, service agreements, acceptable-use terms or customer contracts may contain additional terms. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement will control for that service.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, or use the site to violate the rights of AON or others.

3. Quotes, Services and Availability

Descriptions of services on the website are general and may change. Specific scope, pricing, equipment, installation, support levels, service limitations and other commercial terms will be stated in the applicable quote, order or service agreement. 6. SMS Opt-In and Consent

AON will collect SMS consent through methods that clearly disclose the messaging program, such as consumer-initiated text conversations, an approved online opt-in form, a documented verbal opt-in or another compliant method. The disclosure used at opt-in should identify AON, describe the types of messages, state that message frequency varies, state that message and data rates may apply, provide HELP and STOP instructions, and link to this Privacy Policy and these Terms.

AON may suspend or restrict messaging or other services when reasonably necessary to comply with carrier, legal, security or abuse-prevention requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

The AON website, branding, graphics, text, software, documentation and other materials are owned by AON or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website and services as expressly permitted.

10. Third-Party Services

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AON harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by AON.

14. Governing Law
